TfL’s reason: District Line: No service between Earl's Court and Wimbledon and SEVERE DELAYS between Earl's Court and Edgware Road whilst we fix a signal failure at East Putney. GOOD SERVICE on the rest of the line. Tickets are being accepted on London Buses, South Western Railway and Mildmay Line.
